Jaret & Jaret's office is located in downtown San Rafael. The law firm resides in an 1896 building which was the Grateful Dead's corporate office, occupied by them and their related organizations from 1970 until 2004. This historic building has been completely restored, fully preserving its architectural features. It is conveniently located in downtown San Rafael, one block off Fourth Street, and close to Highway 101.

Jaret & Jaret also continues to maintain a presence in the same building on California Street in San Francisco that it occupied for more than a decade.

Jaret & Jaret also serves its Southern California clients through a San Clemente office.
