Originally established in San Francisco in 1991 by attorneys, and brothers, Phillip Jaret and Robert Jaret, our firm represents individuals, businesses and public entities in a range of legal matters, including those pertaining to construction law, employment law and real estate. We also offer services for business law, consumer class actions, property damage and personal injury as well as comprehensive public entity representation.

Jaret & Jaret‘s primary office is located in downtown San Rafael in a late 19th century building which was the corporate office of the Grateful Dead and their related organizations from 1970 until 2004. This historic building has been restored, fully preserving its architectural features.
